Is it possible you really have: 1) Commander Core (6 PWM/6 RGB ports) from the H150i Elite Capellix box. 2) LCD top you purchased. 3) Lighting Node Core that came with the QL. The Commander Core + LCD top not being detected is a relatively common issue. Try taking them off the splitter and connect each individually. Connect the USB cable for the RGB controller to a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard or connect it to the commander pro assuming you have the USB cable for the commander Pro hooked up to a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard. OF course, make sure the pump, commander pro (if being used) & RGB controller are connected to SATA power. In iCue the fans do not always show up in the commander pro tab. Sometimes I can only see 2 of them, then they all appear and sometimes I can see none of them. One of them, when it appears, shows 12000 RPM. But it's not always the same fan. This seems totally random. The fans are all spinning though. I just can't control them anymore Just installed my Corsair Commander Pro, and it is not working correctly. Whenever I power my computer on and open iCue, there is no Performance tab on the left. The 12V, 5V, and 3.3V tabs on the right read 0V as well. I've managed to get the Performance tab to show up by unplugging and replugging the SATA power connector. 1. Press the Windows Key 2. On the Search Bar, type "Installed Apps" if on Windows 10 type "Apps & Features" 3. Scroll down until you find the iCUE 5 program file then select on the three white horizontal dots and click on "Modify" 4. iCUE will automatically begin a repair of the program 5. Open iCUE and see if the issue resolves. Frequently bought together. This item: Corsair RGB LED Lighting PRO Expansion Kit (CL-8930002),Black. $2999. +. Corsair LL Series LL120 RGB 120mm Dual Light Loop RGB LED PWM Fan 3 Fan Pack with Lighting Node Pro (CO-9050072-WW), Black, Compatible with Desktop. TLDR; I'm 2 from 2 with successfully using 3rd party ARGB components with a Commander Pro and ICUE. Others might want to chime in with their experiences but I've done this with a Commander Pro. I've used PirateDog Tech (adapter) cables to control a Phanteks D140 distro plate and am currently using one to control the ARGB on my EK 3090 waterblock. Commander core XT is installed but not showing up in iCue, so I can't control the fans. However my Corsair H100I Elite AIO is plugged into the Commander core and I see it just fine. BIOS is up to date. ICue is up to date. I'm Running an Intel 7 12700 and a ROG STRIX Z690A D4 Motherboard. Literally everything else is Corsair. PSU, Fans, Case etc. LOOTW.
